In the article that appeared on pages 233–239 of the July/September 2012 issue of AACN Advanced Critical Care, Table 1 included 2 errors that inadvertently were introduced during the production process. The arrows in the Hypovolemic hyponatremia and Euvolemic hyponatremia rows in the Urine Sodium Level column incorrectly pointed downward, indicating decreased levels, when they should have pointed upward to indicate increased levels. The corrected table appears below.
