I recently read an editorial on the new American Heart Association’s guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the February 2006 issue (2006:8–13), and last week I was able to use what I had learned to successfully resuscitate a victim on a golf course. Thank you for providing me with the tools to save a life outside of the hospital environment. It was a very fulfilling experience.
