In the Results section of the article “No Interruptions Please: Impact of a No Interruption Zone on Medication Safety in Intensive Care Units” (June 2010:21–30), the standard deviation reported for the number of occurrences (“each time a nurse prepares a medication at one of the medication preparation areas”) before implementation of the No Interruption Zone was 6.23; the correct standard deviation is 13.55.
