In the August article by Mucha et al, “Separating Fact From Factitious Hemoptysis: A Case Report” (Crit Care Nurse. 2014; 34[4]:36–42), the authors inaccurately referred to the patient being told that should he chose to leave the hospital against medical advice, all hospital expenses would be his sole responsibility.
